Rihanna is starting off 2012 with a new look. The Talk that Talk start went blonde for her first cover of the year with ELLE Magazine. After the shoot, she hit up the Clippers game,at the Staples Center, and later went on the party at The Roxbury last night. Is her a new do a hit or miss
