The group formed in 2001 by Lawrence Flowers took off after their 1st single " Your Love" had over 100,000 views on you tube. The highly anticipated debut album entitled, Major In Ministry/Minor In Music: The Experience Live, was released January 2009. The album features smash hits such as: "Forever", "Already Alright", "Job Experience" and "Transformation".
Since the release of the album, Lawrence Flowers and Intercession have received several awards in the gospel music industry such as the illustrious 2009 and 2010 **Rhythm of Gospel Award, Tribe of Judah Award and was also nominated for four 2010 **Southern Florida Gospel Music Association Awards.
